How does this work?
During this 3-Day, 90-minute Tap to Adapt workshop, participants are led through 7 EMDR-based steps to learn, practice, and apply new skills. Attendees work quietly on their own “stuff” while sitting alongside others doing the same thing.

The 3-day Tap Into Solace Workshop is offered in-person and online at $240/person with a maximum of 8 people. In-person workshops are located at our office at 907 Mar Walt Drive, Suite 2021 in Ft. Walton Beach FL, 32547. ​​​
