How does this work?
During this 90-minute Tap to Adapt workshop, participants are led through 7 EMDR-based steps to learn, practice, and apply new skills. Each person is given an individualized strategy sheet based on the life-focus theme they chose. Attendees work quietly on their own “stuff” while sitting alongside others doing the same thing. ​​​​​
